What is the payment structure?

SpringCM contracts are billed annually. Your success is our top priority and we want to encourage adoption that helps perfect your business processes. While we’ve found that our smooth implementation and intuitive solutions deliver ROI within the first month, users who make a long-term commitment to SpringCM achieve the greatest results.

Do I need to pay for implementation and services?

Yes. All new SpringCM customers need to buy services to get started on the right foot. We work together to determine business processes, configure solutions to your business needs, train administrators and end users, as well as conduct a post-launch review 30 days after go-live to ensure strong user adoption. The process is also extensible, which allows you to easily add new document or contract types or more complex routing and approval logic, which means your solution can grow as your business grows.
