This enhancement delivers even more control to users and simplifies the creation of contract templates. The SpringCM Clause Library 2.0 allows for pre-approved standard and alternative clauses to be easily inserted and swapped into a contract directly from a centralized, controlled clause library. Additionally, administrators can include ‘help’ text within the library so teams know when to use a fallback versus standard clause while building the contract.
