SpringCM Introduces Doc Launcher to Accelerate Generation, Routing and Close of Sales Contracts

New tool generates and launches contracts into review using configured templates and smart workflows.

CHICAGO, IL — SpringCM, the five-star rated document and contract management solution for Salesforce, today introduced Doc Launcher to generate, route and close contracts with less headache. This first-of-its-kind tool helps sales, operations and legal teams dramatically streamline the beginning of any contract process by using SpringCM’s powerful document generation capabilities with its automated workflows. SpringCM customers use Doc Launcher to:

  • Start the contract process on first-party or third-party paper

  • Generate new documents and contracts using pre-approved templates

  • Merge data from Salesforce or any data source into templates

  • Preview and proof generated documents before sending for approval

  • Launch the contract into review with appropriate internal and external parties

SpringCM Doc Launcher is currently in beta and is expected to become generally available to customers in January 2016.
