SpringCM Content Cloud Services Streamline Revenue Processes for Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion CRM) Customers

Enterprises can rapidly integrate SpringCM with Oracle Sales Cloud to execute faster sales processes and to deliver more revenue

SpringCM’s Cloud Content Services together with Oracle Sales Cloud provides a single destination for storing, sharing and working with content, from concept to completion, on virtually any device. The integrated solution gives Oracle Sales Cloud users one-click access to sales-related documents, enabling them to better manage content, such as quotes and contracts, throughout the sales process. The integrated solution is now available in the new Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

The integration of Oracle Sales Cloud and SpringCM Content Cloud Services helps sales and operations teams eliminate the time-consuming snags in sales cycles, which can help organizations realize increased revenue volume and velocity. SpringCM combines the ease-of-use of consumer cloud storage services with robust enterprise-class content management capabilities designed to put content to work.

Using a full-featured SpringCM folder embedded in Oracle Sales Cloud, users can easily and rapidly upload and work with existing content without leaving Oracle. Users can edit, share and collaborate on content, such as marketing materials, proposals, quotes and contracts, with internal team members and external customers and partners. And users can always have the most current content with SpringCM’s rich support for versioning, check out/check in, notifications and detailed audit trails and control over who can view and modify content.
