MVP status is based on involvement in a number of key areas including knowledge, PR and marketing, product feedback, culture and community.

Consuming the newest industry research, SpringCM product knowledge and best practices in order to best adopt the product.


Working to maintain a two-way relationship and taking an active role in the success of SpringCM as partners with a seat at the table.  

Nomination Guidelines

MVPs will be chosen based on their overall engagement with and advocacy for SpringCM. It is expected that MVPs will continue to amplify their involvement in these key areas:  

  • Attending SpringCM training
  • Speaking on our behalf at events
  • Completing reference calls
  • Participating in a customer case study, analyst or press interview/survey
  • Actively influencing and contributing to our community, Momentum   
  • Participating in SpringCM Labs
  • Embodying the culture of SpringCM by providing helpful, useful information to your peers

Customers may nominate themselves or others. SpringCM will work with the community to choose a group of MVPs based on the nomination guidelines.

MVP terms begin on August 1. Customers may receive MVP status for an unlimited amount of years based on nominations and guidelines, but renewal is not guaranteed.
