How long have you been using SpringCM: A little over 18 months
My favorite thing about SpringCM is: I have a few favorites. First, I love the visual workflows and the data available within them. It makes it quite easy to troubleshoot the occasional issue and to see what information is available for planning workflow tweaks/enhancements. Second, it’s great that our various teams can launch hundreds of workflows and access countless documents every week without ever leaving Salesforce. Last but certainly not least, the entire Spring team is great to work with whether it’s the support team answering a question, or the Success/Implementation/Account team responding quickly to our regular needs to engage and plan business process enhancements.
