Customers find SpringCM's Support Team to be responsive, passionate, friendly and skilled in providing support. As a benefit to our customers, support services are automatically bundled into every subscription to SpringCM. Support services are available from 7am to 7pm (Central), Monday – Friday, and around the clock through an extended services agreement. There are numerous way to take advantage of our support team, including:

  • Online knowledge article library
  • Online training guides and videos
  • Frequent educational and training webinars
  • Webinars to introduce new solution and upcoming releases
  • Dedicated Technical Account Manager

An added benefit of working with our Support Team is that they are dedicated to learning your business. Early in the relationship, we are able to recommend best practices for achieving high levels of adoption and new ways to optimize SpringCM. Later on, we'll be able to assist you in broadening the way you use SpringCM to get even more utility.

Customer Support for Upgrades and New Releases

SpringCM continues to deliver new feature releases every 10-12 weeks. These new releases incorporate our customers' ongoing enhancement requests and leverage the latest web technologies to continually improve the features and performance of our solution. Continuous feedback from the growing SpringCM community is vital to our ability to release new features which drive value for our customers.
For each release, we will provide you the following information:

  • Release announcements highlighting major new features and benefits
  • Detailed release notes for system administrators explaining the new capabilities in detail
  • Webinars to train all interested customers on the new functionality
  • Services to help our customers plan for the release
