SpringBoard Implementation Options
SpringCM recognizes that each client is unique. The way in which new technology is introduced can be the greatest factor is determining adoption, goal attainment and client satisfaction. We also appreciate that clients will choose to follow different implementation strategies.
Strategy 1: Self-Guided – Clients assume responsibility for configuring and rolling out SpringCM. SpringCM is available to answer "spot" questions but the client is responsible for managing all aspects of the rollout. This approach is suitable for clients with basic use cases (e.g. store/retrieve and simple file sharing).
Strategy 2: Co-Managed – This option is suited for clients willing to commit a dedicated individual to assume a project leadership role. Co-Managed projects enable clients to leverage SpringCM's professional services while providing them with a high degree of control over all aspects of the rollout. Clients electing this strategy should keep in mind that strong corporate commitment and IT resources are required. More info »
Strategy 3: SpringCM Managed – By engaging SpringCM to guide implementations, our clients are able to leverage extensive knowledge of either SpringCM's professional service resources or those of an implementation partner. Clients can be assured that requirements and business processes are well understood and closely mapped to SpringCM functionality and that the entire project is tightly managed to ensure success. This option is particularly well suited for clients making use of advanced workflow or other advanced functionality as well as clients with a large numbers of users. More info »
