Real-Time Commenting
Real–time collaboration on proposal documents (for example, during critical color team reviews) can take place within Privia using the document commenting feature. This feature allows a proposal manager to capture in–line and general comments on a document from multiple people at the same time, regardless of their physical location. Proposal managers can automatically insert all of the comments into Microsoft Word and Excel documents while also keeping them stored in Privia for future use.
