Presence Detection

Integrated presence detection lets you know when members of your bid team are online and available to collaborate. Privia’s online workspace environment includes a member’s list pane showing all of the members of that particular workspace. Icons indicate whether a team member is logged on (bold icon) or logged off (gray icon), and if they are internal (round icon) or external (square icon) to your organization.

Bid Team Communication

Privia’s built–in communication features facilitate ad hoc collaboration. You can initiate a real–time chat session with one or all members of a workspace using the Privia Chat feature.

Privia Messages also facilitate communication and collaboration. When checking in a document, for example, Privia makes it easy to send a notification to one or more members of the bid team that a new document version is available. Privia Messages include links to the new or updated documents, eliminating the need to re–key information. Privia Messages can be sent to team members’ message boxes in Privia, to their e–mail accounts outside of Privia and, if enabled in the server, as SMS text messages.

Web Browser Access

Web browser–based access to Privia ensures that executives, subject matter experts (SMEs), subcontractors, consultants and other remote contributors have secure access to all documents, activities and notices associated with the bid and proposal process regardless of their location.
