User Interface
SpringCM’s user interface is designed for even the most technophobic members of your team to use with ease. Adding a SpringCM login box to your current Web site creates a practical one-stop location for users. You can upload your business’ logo into the upper-left corner of the SpringCM desktop and customize the color scheme accordingly. The personalized look and feel guarantees that your business, not SpringCM, is what team members and outside parties identify with.

Each full subscriber includes free guest logins, which serve as an ideal way to include customers, partners and vendors who only require limited access to documents. Guest logins allow users to view and add "sticky notes" to documents via Pinpoint annotations. When guests receive e–mail notifications that documents are ready for their review, they access those documents in a simplified SpringCM view that alleviates you from explaining your business’ folder structure and organization methods.
If you’re looking for a solution that allows you to stick with a business practice, Web services integration enables you to bypass the SpringCM user interface. Documents are still stored in the same secure repository, and the same administration and security options remain available.
Within the user interface are preferences ranging from what users see to the frequency of e-mail notifications that can be applied at the account or user level. Important preferences such as the ability to delete documents are account-wide settings that remain unavailable to non–administrators, ensuring you're in control of the crucial points. The default view, frequency of e–mail notifications and other display settings are available at the individual level, allowing your team members the freedom they need to feel comfortable within SpringCM. Users can also set their time zones so all dates and times – including documents sent from users in different time zones – reflect the established time zone. If users prefer using native applications rather than SpringCM’s preview capabilities, they have the power to do so without administrative intervention.
