Sales
Partner is responsible for having basic knowledge of ECM and of SpringCM Product and Platform. SpringCM Sales is responsible for selling to customer.
Partner is responsible for entire sales process including discovery, demonstration and sale, with SpringCM available for pre-sales support as needed.

Implementation
SpringCM is responsible for implementation.
