Christopher Junker, CEO
Chris brings to SpringCM a unique mix of leadership capabilities, enterprise content management experience, and a 20-year history of growing businesses. Most recently, Chris was CEO of Fios, Inc., a Cloud e-Discovery software company. Prior to Fios, Chris served as general manager of the iManage business unit for Autonomy and as the general manager and worldwide vice president of sales for the legal and professional industry solutions (PSIS) team at Interwoven, which was acquired by Autonomy Corporation plc in a transaction valued at approximately $800 million in 2009. At Interwoven, he played a key role in leading the company through 21 consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue growth and operating margin expansion.
Chris has extensive leadership experience in the enterprise content management market. He led global sales teams for more than 11 years, first at iManage and then at Interwoven following a merger in 2003. His leadership experience also includes serving as vice president of sales and business development at TechLaw, Inc., a leading professional services integration and consulting company, and managing national sales for Wang/Informatics, a software development division of Wang Laboratories.

Greg Buchholz, Founder and COO
Greg Buchholz provides extensive leadership to SpringCM, which he co-founded in 2005. Greg founded and managed Court Capital, Inc. and brings nine years of experience from his time as a vice president at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He has also served as a CPA for Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago.
Greg holds a BS from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Keith Peterson, Senior Vice President, Sales
Keith Peterson joined SpringCM from SAP, one of the largest enterprise software companies in the world, where he spent almost 15 years in two critical phases of his career. He began as a sales representative for the company and grew to run SAP's North American Sales for all mid-market companies, where he was responsible for over $500 million in revenue and more than 500 sales, sales engineering and PS staff. Keith then left SAP to join TopTier, an early-stage software company where he drove sales from $10 million to $40 million in two years culminating in the successful acquisition by SAP, and the creation of the NetWeaver product.
Keith Peterson has a reputation for results, sales leadership and global experience with development, planning and execution of product introductions, as well as partner and vertical industry expansion. Keith holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Xavier University and a Master of Business Administration from the Executive Management Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Roger Bottum, Vice President of Marketing
Roger Bottum brings a wealth of experience in marketing, product strategy, and demand generation in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and enterprise software segments. He led marketing for Axentis, one of the first SaaS companies to be successful in the enterprise market, which was named a Gartner Cool Company and acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2009. He has held top marketing and product management roles at System Software Associates, Acresso (Flexera), and served as an associate partner at Accenture.
In addition, Roger provided marketing and product leadership at Endeavor Information Systems, acquired by Francisco Partners, and ShowCase Corporation, a business intelligence software company where he contributed to a successful initial public offering. Roger is on the board of GT Schmidt, a private equity backed company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College, and has both attended and taught at Accenture’s St. Charles global training center.

Phil Beckman, VP, Research and Development
Phil Beckman brings more than 20 years experience in programming, systems analysis, engineering, product design and development to SpringCM.
Before joining SpringCM, Phil served as director of software development at Open Text Corp. During his 11-year tenure at Open Text, Phil was a senior-level technical architect during the conversion from a client server-based document management product to an Internet-based content management system. Under Phil's technical guidance, this content management system was Open Text's flagship product for more than 10 years. Prior to Open Text, Phil was responsible for managing software development at Odesta Systems Corp. and held key positions at Baxter Healthcare Corp. and Brock Software Products.
Phil holds a BS in electronic engineering from the University of Dayton.

Steve Maier, VP and General Manager, Government Solutions Division
Steve Maier brings extensive and unparalleled government contractor expertise to SpringCM. Prior to heading the SpringCM Government Solutions Division, Steve served as VP of Strategic Partner Development for Novell where he focused on developing business relationships with top-tier consulting and systems integration organizations. Steve previously worked at Pearson Government Solutions as VP for Homeland Security. In this position, Steve oversaw the Transportation and Safety Administration (TSA) recruiting program. Before joining Pearson, he held senior management positions with several leading technology companies including US Internetworking and Sybase.
Steve holds a BS in computer and information science from the University of Michigan and an MS in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.

Jeff Piper, Founder and VP, Professional Services and Partner Development
Jeff Piper comes to SpringCM with more than 19 years of practical experience, including serving as general manager of iFlourish.com, four years with the MBA Enterprise Corp., eight years as a business process consultant for Payco American Corp. and also founding and serving as president of New World Comfort, one of the first foreign-owned furniture manufacturing companies in Poland.
Jeff holds a BS from Appalachian State University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Schalk Theron, VP, Operations
Schalk Theron brings over 18 years of experience in the information technology industry to his position at SpringCM, which encompasses extensive leadership across all functional areas of the technology environment. Prior to joining SpringCM, Schalk served as first vice president at Washington Mutual, leading its operational support for over 50,000 users and a national network of over 3000 sites and multiple enterprise-class data centers supporting the award-winning Wamu.com. Throughout his career, Schalk has developed highly effective operations systems and procedures in demanding financial services environments.
Schalk is an avid student of business process management and information service management - in the latter he has earned a master's certification in Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) and Six Sigma champion status.
Schalk holds a BS in electrical engineering from the Vaal University of Technology in South Africa.

Bill Elmore, General Partner and Founder - Foundation Capital
Bill Elmore has vast experience in venture capital and the technology sector. He started Foundation Capital in 1995 after serving as a general partner at Inman & Bowman for eight years. Bill also served as president of visual engineering and in a variety of key marketing management roles at Hewlett-Packard.
He is the director and past president of the Western Association for Venture Capitalists and performed admirably as the director of the National Venture Capital Association. He is actively involved in defining, serving and representing the interests of the venture capital and private equity industries.
Bill holds a BSEE and MSEE from Purdue University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Skip Glass, Operating Partner - Foundation Capital
Skip joined Foundation Capital in 2007, and works to assist the firm's portfolio companies and help in the assessment of potential new investments. He has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor to dozens of successful software, networking, and security companies, including as CEO and President of URoam (acquired by F5), COO of Kiva (acquired by Netscape), VP of Field Operations at Illustra (acquired by Informix), VP of Marketing at Sybase, and trading area manager at IBM. He currently represents Foundation Capital on the board of SpringCM.
Prior to Foundation Capital, Skip worked with Canaan Partners, representing that firm on the boards of Voyence (acquired by EMC), Groundwork Open Solutions, and VUE Technology (acquired by Tyco). As an early stage investor, Skip has invested in several technology startups including Sygate (acquired by Symantec), SleepyCat Software (Acquired by Oracle), eHealth Insurance (IPO), and Retention Education (privately held).
Skip has also used his entrepreneurial expertise in the charitable world, having participated in the funding and management of a number of organizations. He is a recipient of the J. William Brownsfield award for outstanding civic contribution. Skip holds a BS from Sacramento State University and an MBA from University of Arizona. In his rare moments of downtime, he can be found cycling, hiking, and vacationing with his family.
James M. Moran, General Partner - North Bridge Venture Partners
Jim Moran joined North Bridge Venture Partners in mid-2009. Prior to joining North Bridge, Jim was Chief Executive Officer of Covergence Networks, a developer of leading edge software-based session border controllers (SBC's) for delivering VOIP/IP telephony, Unified Communications and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications to global 1000 enterprises. Covergence was acquired by Acme Packet (NASDAQ:APKT) in May of 2009. Jim was a co-Founder of edocs which became the leading provider of self service and online billing & payment solutions to the Fortune 500. Customers included General Electric, American Express, Verizon, Humana, and British Telecom. edocs was a multi-year member of both the Inc. 500 and the Deloitte & Touché Fast 500 before it was sold for $145 million in 2005 to Siebel Systems. Additionally, Jim was an early investor, board member and Chief Operating Officer of Virtusa (NASDAQ:VRTU) a leading provider of information technology services worldwide.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Jim was Senior Vice President of Sales at CheckFree Corporation where he played a key role in growing revenues from approximately $25 million to over $250 million leading to a successful IPO in 1996. Prior to CheckFree Jim held various sales positions at EMC, XL/Datacomp and Software 2000.
Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Northeastern University in 1987. He is currently a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio and past boards include BankFirst National (NASDAQ:BFOH), edocs, Virtusa (Nasdaq:VRTU), Covergence, and County Savings Bank.
